Water Training Patrol Simulating Oil Spill Response - Jan. 6

On Saturday, January 6, 2018, there will be water training patrol simulating an oil spill response in Apra Harbor.  We will deploy an oil containment boom from the Riba vessel, across a couple of key locations as part of the exercise.  Anyone interested in participating is welcome, however, we are limited to 4 people.  The patrol will start at 0900 and finish by 1200.  If you are interested, contact Bob Sajnovsky, Coxswain/Owner of Riba at bcsaj@guam.net.
