It is truly an honor to be recognized for service carried out, as part of our RBS missions. Congratulations to Division 2 Commander, Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera, for receiving the USCG Auxiliary Commandant Letter of Commendation Award during the D14 Fall Conference! Dr. Rivera said, “Being able to coordinate the first-ever National Safe Boating Week Story Hour and develop partnerships that impact the community is truly amazing!” Bravo Zulu!
