Flotilla 24 COW a Success!

The Flotilla 24 Change of Watch (COW) Ceremony held Tuesday, December 16, 2025, was a success! It was held at the Guam Museum. Captain Jessica Worst administered the oath for the re-elected Guam Flotilla Commander Laurie Alig and Vice Flotilla Commander Ann Marie Trusso. Si Yu'os Ma'ase' to everyone who joined us for this special event!
